Questioning skills

Of course Micro Teaching today (19 January 2012), I got new knowledge about the skills to ask. Questioning skills are skills that are simple, but fundamental to more complex skills. That is, skills are skills that are important to ask simple compared to other skills. In this activity, which is usually the student was asked a question. Questions should also be effective, so easy to understand students. However, students who are active will also ask teachers about new things that are considered important for him to know.

Asking that is both learned. Teachers can learn a lot from the students and vice versa. So, the question is not meant to test the ability of students. So students will still feel nervous every time we give the questions, and questions submitted must begin with an interesting thing. Beginning of the story, to give students time to think (because of children like the story), then when told, invited or included in the material in question and then proceed.

The purpose of micro teaching concerning the improvement of performance in teaching or training skills to manage teaching and learning interactions. While the goal is to equip prospective teachers before really plunging into the school gym for practice teaching and educational practice.

Micro teaching aims to equip prospective teachers in some basic skills teaching and learning. For prospective teachers, this method will give a real teaching experience and practice some basic skills taught separately, and can develop the basic skills of prospective teachers to teach before working as a real teacher. Give prospective teachers the possibility to get a variety of teaching basic skills and understand when and how to implement the learning program.
